I am naturally curious and passionate about helping organizations and people achieve what makes their journey truly meaningful, without compromising who they are or their values. It's important that what I do, how I show up, and my impact reflect my essence, and those I partner with tend to feel the same. Along my journey, I've learned that aligning actions and outcomes with your core purpose will come with obstacles, and the reward is immeasurable when you do. My career path to becoming a Coach and Organizational Culture and Leadership Development Consultant was more ambiguous than a traditional career trajectory; however, my ambition to find the career that aligns with my identity rather than solely defining it remained clear. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of growing in industries such as nutrition, retail, and start-up tech working in corporate and non-corporate settings. As a knowledge seeker who values connection, I've thrived in people management, employee and culture development, and client-facing solution management. I'm energized by leveraging my curiosity to connect with various individuals, explore new environments, and challenge my perspectives to discover innovative solutions. As a full-time business owner, I draw from my expertise in DEI, career development, coaching, training, L&D, and people and program management as I engage in the most fulfilling, motivating, and energizing work of my career.
